I had a test this morning at 10am, but in staying up late preparing for said test, I set my alarm for my Tues/Thurs morning class which starts at 8. So up I pop at 7am, getting ready, noticing non-typical people in the shower, and in the hallway for the time of morning that I am usually awake. I say hi to people that I don't normally say hi to walking to class. I get to the classroom five minutes early, with not a soul in there. I sit, munching on my granola bar and mountain dew, pondering what could have happened to my class. Getting frustrated and indignant, I prepare my rant of excuses in my head as to why I am not in the right place for this test. I then decide that I have no hope of finding my class, wherever they moved the test to, and so I make my way across campus to my prof's office, where he is sure to return after class. Lo and behold, he is there sitting at his desk. "So where's the test?!?" I exclaim. "eerrrruuuuhhhmm." "If you sent an email, I didn't get it," I elaborate. "uuuummmIIIIssshhhhuummm" "I was sitting over there in the classroom, and nobody's there. What's going on?" Couldn't he see??? ....."I'm confused...why are you here at 8am, and not at the regular class time?" doh! The best part was when I later walked into the REAL test, with the classroom half full, he only smiled, and decided to not make a mockery of my sleepy alarm clock skills. I'm stinkin awesome. or something
