This is crazy talk. In high school, I once, only once, maxed out on bench press at 205. It was a good day. I was very inconsistent throughout the first couple of years at college, and once got back and maxed around 180 while weighing about the same. Today I benched three sets of five at 155, 175, and 185. It was cake. My arms will be sore in the morning, but I just can't believe I did that after not really lifting for about a year. So yeah, I'm gonna go watch apollo13 with Valerie now. Today is a good day.
