I am now in the middle of St. Pat's break. St. Patrick is the patron saint of engineering, the field which 85% of our school is based around. Thus a few years back, some kids realised this, and decided to have parties and do lots of cool stuff. Over the years, however, it has turned into a big drink-fest, but that's okay...unless you're an RA. Because then, you must put up with said drunk people. And since it has been this way regularly for several years, RAs were eventually put on 24 hour duty rounds over this glorious holiday.
Thus, I have spent the last 7 1/2 hours dealing cards for a poker tournament. I wasn't on duty, but figured that my sleep schedule was going to get so messed up this weekend from other times that I was on duty, that it was not that big a deal. I have learned more in the past hours about no limit Texas Hold'em than I ever thought possible. so....
In other news, be proud of me. All of the magical little stuff I have done to the layout of this blog was done by me, actually editing the html code. Crazy cool stuff. I hope you all enjoy it.
In other news, Val bought a wedding dress the other day. I find that cool. We're down to three months, and I think it's gonnna drive me crazy.
In other news, I'm now going to bed, and it's 7:24am. I love college. for real.
